|Title||Reflection on the Applicability of Situated Learning in Second Foreign Language Beginner Classes|
In this reflective commentary I attempt to outline my current understanding of teaching and learning in relation to the concept of Situated Learning. I explain the scholarly development of some aspects of the concept and reflect on how it has influenced and challenged assumptions in my thinking. I finally reflect on the extent to which the concept is grasped and what else might need to be considered.
