Description

A series of photographs of the new Air Grid structure entitled Stoa P2. Stoa P2 is an interpretation of the Periodic Table of the elements, to be precise it is an interpretation of the second period, which contains some of the most important elements for life on Earth, these are : Lithium (Li), Beryllium (Be), Boron (B), Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N), Oxygen (O), Fluorine (F) & Neon (Ne). It is quite easy to see the structural relationships between the elements of the second period and the colour-forms of Stoa P2. One principle to bear in mind is that the colour black always represents an empty electron position, whereas all the other colours represent full electron positions. So, for example, the colour red represents the third electron of the second period, whereas blue represents the fourth.
