Description

Public Art Commission for the South Bank Centre, London.
The slide structure forms a gateway to the South Bank's Festival of Love. It allows passers by to walk through it or slide over it in order to gain egress to the site. The commission is a response to the South Bank's brief to create a structure which articulates the idea of "storge" or familial love.
