Abstract

This article will talk about the relationship between “Three-nil Buildings” (Note 1) and public health with cases at the Sham Shui Po district. It tries to explore how facility management as well as property management have close connection in regard to the hygiene condition within the community, by analysis of the outbreak cases of COVID-19 at the “Three-nil buildings” in Sham Shui Po District between Q1 2020 and Q2 2021.
