Abstract | The Rich Web-based Applications are complex systems with their rich Graphical User Interfaces and special communication model named Delta-Communication. Rich Web-based Applications are suffering from lack of strong architectural formalism, which can realize the abstract architectural elements of them. If we can introduce an abstract architectural style for Rich Web-based Applications, it will help in reducing the complexity by increasing the realization; and the abstraction will improve the adoptability by lowering the learning curve. This research introduces an abstract hybrid architectural style with a novel configuration towards reducing the complexity by increasing the realization. The knowledge delivered in this paper can be used to implement frameworks/libraries to assist the rapid development of the Rich Web-based Applications. |
