Abstract | This resource pack has been developed as part of the British Council’s AELLCA (Advancing English Language Learning in Central Asia) project, an initiative aimed at enhancing English language education across the region. With a focus on practical, research-informed approaches, this collection of materials is designed to support educators in delivering high-quality English language instruction tailored to local needs. The materials in this pack were developed based on a series of workshops held in Turkmenistan at Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute, International University of Humanities and Development, and Magtymguly Turkmen State University. Feedback from participants in these workshops played a crucial role in shaping the content, ensuring its relevance and applicability to the local teaching context. In addition to supporting classroom practice, this resource pack serves as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tool, encouraging teachers to reflect on their teaching, experiment with new methodologies, and engage in collaborative learning. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, it aims to empower educators to enhance their teaching effectiveness and student engagement. |
