One line synopsisOne of a series of dance pieces created specially for television: "dwell time" is defined as the period during which a dynamic process remains halted in order that another process may occur.

Man dancing on rooftop while another plays accordion. Two men in train compartment. Women dancing. Two men and woman on train. Variations on these situations. Credits.
