Ms Zoe Diderich

I joined the University of Westminster in 2008 and am a Lecturer in Interpreting Studies for the MA Translation and Interpreting. I was born in Luxembourg and was educated in Bahrain, London, Paris, and have lived in the South of France and Los Angeles. Being a Luxembourger and travelling extensively meant that I learned to speak different languages at a young age, and this became a passion which led me to becoming a professional interpreter. I began my interpreting career as a medical and court interpreter, and diversified into conference interpreting and translation for non-governmental organisations. I have translated several books on Luxembourg including its cultural and industrial heritage. I have also taught psychologists and social workers to work with interpreters at Goldsmiths University, London Metropolitan University and Royal Holloway University.
