Mr Vincent Gibogwe


Vincent Gibogwe is a Lecturer in Quantitative Methods in the School of Organisation, Economy and Society. Before joining the EQM Department he was a Lecturer at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Morogoro, Tanzania. He obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and MA degree in Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania). Of recent he obtained a Postgraduate certificate of Education (PGCE) from Westminster Exchange and is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA).


Much of his research has been in the area of Development Economics. He is now  researching on the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on growth in Southern African Development Community (SADC) and on the impact of Foreign Remittances on poverty reduction in Southern African Development Community.
