While working for a Melbourne based agency, Felicity was heavily involved in a variety of strategic and market intelligence projects across industries including telecommunications, logistics, banking and finance and the pharmaceutical industry. Felicity's interest in the health care environment led her to more entrepreneurial endevours where she co-founded an agency specialising in the health environment. Her work with both pharmaceutical companies, food companies and Peak Associations at the Federal Government level led Felicity to be a highly respected consultant to the Australian pharma industry particularly regarding institutional relationships and image. Felicity has also undertaken research on medication adherence behaviours the results of which are soon to be published in medical journals.
