I am a fractional Senior Lecturer at Westminster Business School, School of Organization, Economy and Society. My academic background is in the field of Occupational/Organizational Psychology and recently gained qualifications as a Psychotherapist & Counsellor.  My interests are in sustainability, mental health & well being and more recently bereavement.

Enjoy coaching & mentoring staff and students at the university

Volunteering - (1) Food for families charity which is involving the community in gardening using produce from the allotments for supporting vulnerable families and individuals; (2) Bereavement Counselling with a national charity (3) Charity specializing on the Mental Health & Wellbeing of Children & Young People
