I have a BA (Geography), BAA (Applied Geography) as well as an MSc in Air Transport Planning and Management.
Prior to joining the university, I worked for over 15 years as the principal analyst in International Travel Statistics at Canada's national statistical agency, Statistics Canada.
My research interests are in network planning, alliances and hub airports with my primary research focusing on network developments on the North Atlantic.
I am also passionate about improving the air transport experience for passengers with reduced mobility and older passengers, and am currently involved in research projects in both areas.
