Rolf Bänziger is a Lecturer at the University of Westminster, where he is also undertaking his PhD. He researches new ways to use Process Mining with semi-structured text data. He works with the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust analysing Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) care pathways.
Before becoming a lecturer, he worked as a software engineer and consultant in various companies, including his own. He was responsible for designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for over 60 clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
