Mrs Krystal-Kay Dyer

I have been an Educator for approximately sixteen (16) years. My main area of specialization is Construction Technology, Construction Management and Construction Drawing which makes me rounded in the three areas of our programmes (Technology, Management and Design). 

My qualifications include:

  • Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA)
  • M.Sc. in Construction Management,
  • B.Sc. in Construction Engineering and Management
  • B.Ed. TVET in Industrial Technology, Construction Technology (Major)

I joined the School of Applied Management  in 2019 and teach on Undergraduate modules in both Property and Construction. Subsequently, I am the Course Leader for Building Surveying and Building Control Surveying.

Research Interest includes:

·  Facilities Management- How Students Perceive the Space That They Use and How  It  Impacts Their Productivity.

·  Teaching and Learning Styles for Construction Students
