Dr Mona Abdelhady


Dr. Mona Abdelhady is a lecturer in management with a background and expertise in international management. She holds a PhD in International Management from Loughborough University, UK, and a master’s degree in International Business Administration.

As a lecturer at the University of Westminster, Dr. Abdelhady contributes to the academic community by teaching diverse management areas, including International Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Organisational Change.

Her research delves into cross-cultural dynamics in organisational settings, with a particular focus on the acculturation of host country nationals, cross-cultural issues, and the role of national culture in multinational corporation subsidiaries.
