Rachael joined Westminster Business School as Lecturer in Marketing in June 2021, having previously worked as a Lecturer in Business and Marketing Management at Newcastle University, London campus. Rachael holds a PhD in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London and she is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Rachael’s research interests span consumer behaviour and the role of emotions in marketing with specific focus on behaviour change. Rachael is also particularly interested in social marketing and adopts a mixed method approach to research. Rachael has worked as a research assistant on a range of externally funded projects, and currently serves as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Marketing Management.
