I am a Doctoral Researcher in Psychology at the University of Westminster. My research investigates how different social factors can trigger extreme healthy eating practices.
Prior to my PhD, I completed a BA in Philosophy and Pedagogy at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2016, I received my MA in Education (Psychology) from UCL and in 2019 my MSc in Intergrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby. I worked as an Intregrative psychotherapist for 3 years and during that time I completed trainings in play therapy, mindfulness, management of parental divorce, and special education and differential diagnosis.
