Dr Juliana Chitac


Dr Iuliana Chitac is a fellow researcher at Westminster Business School, University of Westminster. She has over 15 years of global experience in management and investment banking. Iuliana focuses on interdisciplinary migrant and refugee entrepreneurial research and IPA methodology. She received the award for "Best Full Paper" in the Research Methodology track at the British Academy of Management Conference in 2020. She has been awarded the Quintin Hogg doctoral scholarship and a research fellowship from Research England Research Culture Enhancement on behalf of the University of Westminster.


Her current research focuses on Ukrainian refugee identities and refugee policies in cross-cultural contexts. She also prioritises reporting on contextually complex methodological and phenomenological research practices. Her research has been published in the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, and Management Decision.
