Abstract | An interdisciplinary team approach for teaching some modules in Higher Education could provide students with complementary skills needed for future employability. Degrees such as Medicine and Architecture need specialised knowledge which can be complemented with more practical studies of multidisciplinary problem based learning. In research and in practice, multidisciplinary groups are extensively used, as this has been proved to provide excellent results, and the introduction of this process early on in a degree will optimise the results and the ability to relate concepts from different fields of science. This paper proposes what we will call ‘the Radar Assessment Cycle’ to achieve greater outcomes from interdisciplinary studies. |
