The Factory

Factory- current project which uses methods of factory to make DIY sculpture in order to research artist’s methods. The Factory is a sudio based project which uses factory methods to try to understand artist’s process and decision making. I am also interested in slippages, the ideal object, and perfection and repetition. What happens to the signification through the processes of manufacturing? Inspiration comes from Mike Kelley’s ideal objects and found objects, ancient Greek manufacturing processes and the current global labour and export issues.
