Prof Abdelhafid Benamraoui

-        In 2009 Abdelhafid was invited to participate in the discussion of the launch of the first Islamic Insurance product and the offering of Islamic financial services by Lloyds TSB. Subsequently, Lloyds TSB became among the early providers of Islamic banking products in the UK. 

-        Abdelhafid has been invited to the House of Lords in 2012 with aim to promote Islamic finance as a tool to finance new public projects in the UK

-        In 2017-2018 Abdelhafid delivered presentation on Islamic banking and investments for the “International Centre for Parliamentary Studies” with delegates including MPs, executive directors, heads of major global banks, and heads of government ministries.
