My past community engagements have included helping to establish the Oxford City Farm.
More recently I gave a talk at the New European Bauhaus Festival in Brussels in 2022 and I also organised the 'Uncommon Ground' symposium which was part of the inaugural New European Bauhaus conference in 2021.
In 2023 I exhibited a piece called 'Heathrow Embroidered' at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and gave a public talk about it as part of that event.
In July 2025 the Heathrow Embroidered piece was also exhibited at Harmondsworth Barn in the vicintiy of Heathrow.
In November 2024 I was a speaker, panelist and exhibitor at the 'Synergies' research conference at TU Graz.
