Although no formal role, I have given many lectures on optimal health to a variety of organisations, ranging from flying clubs, to the army, and to the general public as part of a University science awareness program. More recently I have been giving lectures on behalf of the Foundation, which can be found on line on You tube. The papers I have published on COVID 19 also seem to have resonated more with the public, as all three are currently scoring 80 or above on Altmetric.
