Dr Alireza Nazarian

I am committed to bridging the gap between academic research and professional practice through active engagement with businesses, educational institutions, professional bodies, policymakers, and local and international communities.

My public engagement activities include delivering keynote speeches, invited talks, workshops, and executive training programmes on topics such as leadership, organisational culture, cross-cultural management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organisational effectiveness. Through these activities, I seek to translate research findings into practical solutions that support organisational development and management practice.

As Founder of Management & Business Academy and Chair of the MBAcademy International Business Conference, I have created platforms that facilitate knowledge exchange between academics, practitioners, doctoral researchers, and industry professionals from around the world. These initiatives promote collaboration, professional development, and the dissemination of impactful research beyond traditional academic audiences.

I actively support doctoral students, early-career researchers, and academic colleagues through mentoring, research development workshops, publishing seminars, editorial guidance, and conference activities. My work as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Organisational Studies and Innovation and my involvement with several international journals also contribute to strengthening research capacity and academic communities globally.

In addition, I collaborate with organisations and professional networks on consultancy, training, and applied research projects aimed at improving leadership capability, organisational culture, employee wellbeing, and organisational performance. These engagements allow me to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges while generating practical impact for organisations and society.
