Mr Zak Peric

In 2010, I initiated a sustained, community-oriented project designed to promote health outcomes among primary school children and enhance academic achievement among college students through collaborative mural creation with my MA Illustration and Visual Media cohort. This project was fully funded through grants awarded by local authorities in Tottenham and Tower Hamlets, reflecting the recognised social and educational value of the initiative. In 2013, I successfully secured funding to pursue a Master's degree in Graphic Design, which I completed in 2014, further developing my expertise in visual communication and pedagogical practice.
From 2015 to 2016, I conceptualised and led an innovative curricular initiative within the University of the Arts London (UAL) Design department, aimed at integrating traditional and digital workflows across the programme. I developed a detailed scheme of work, timetable, and budget, and submitted a comprehensive proposal to the programme director. Following approval and full funding, the project was successfully implemented within the same academic year, demonstrating both strategic leadership and the capacity to translate interdisciplinary pedagogical concepts into practical curriculum design.
