Dr Francesco Tusa

Francesco is a highly engaged member of the international research community, holding significant leadership roles. He is the Technical Program Committee (TPC) Co-chair for the prestigious IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Internet Computing (CCGrid) in 2026 and serves as a Guest Editor for the Springer Journal of Grid Computing. His contributions extend to organising international workshops, such as the COHERENT workshop on Serverless Computing in the Edge-Cloud Continuum at ICCCN, and chairing technical sessions at major conferences. He frequently serves on program committees for leading venues, including IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS), the Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM), the Conference on Network Softwarization (NetSoft), and the IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communications (ISCC). Furthermore, he is an active peer reviewer for high-impact journals such as IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, Elsevier's Future Generation Computer Systems and IEEE Communication Magazine.
