Mrs Mengran Xiong


Mengran joined Westminster Business School as a Lecturer in Marketing in 2024. She is a PhD candidate in Marketing at the University of Sheffield and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2025.


Mengran studies emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence) and their transformative impact in marketing. She employs interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research approaches, combining machine learning, field and lab experiments, and social science theories, to approach behavioural problems at the individual, group, and organisational levels. Her interests span a range of application domains, including artificial intelligence for innovation, healthcare, the sharing economy, and social good.
