Abstract | In last issue's Correspondent's Report I set out brief details of the Legal Education and Training Review (LETR) in England and Wales, which is currently examining all phases of legal education and training for the regulated legal professions, in addition to considering whether any of the non-regulated sector should be brought within the regulatory framework. In this issue I shall consider in a little more detail the research team's thinking on including ethics and values as a core component of the law curriculum. |
