Abstract | At the University of Westminster, our commitment to SDG4 aims to result in all our students learning about the SDGs and all courses to demonstrate an excellent level of ESD. Students to be introduced to holistic sustainable development early on, core teaching that allows students to understand the role their discipline plays in achieving sustainable development, and this message to be continuously built upon via assessments. Guiding students towards recognising their role and influence in shaping a sustainable future could be challenging. The session focuses on how students were introduced to the SDGs via assessment in a Level 5 module, and discusses key learning points and reflections. |
