Abstract | The session focuses on a second-year work-based learning module in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Westminster. In 2023-24 academic year the group assessment of the Agile Project Management and Professional Experience module focused on a live brief. Working with our Industry Exchange Project Officer and one of our industry partners, we created a live group project where students had to develop an agile mindset and skills and propose a solution to a current and real business problem. The experience has been invaluable to our students and fully aligned with our employability provision, helping our students to be ‘fit for the future’ in the most challenging, cutting-edge labour markets and economic environments. |
