Abstract

One of my projects, the King Abdullah Financial District Metro Station by Zaha Hadid Architects, is a major hub on the Riyadh Metro, integrating three lines and future transport links. Inspired by flowing traffic patterns, its lattice-like design guides circulation while shading the interiors. Combining passive cooling, renewable energy, and advanced engineering, the LEED Gold–certified station sets a new standard for sustainable transport infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
