| Abstract | In this document, we summarise processes, findings, and recommendations from across five activities implemented by the QEI team in IET (between January and July 2025) to address the below agreed PVC Challenges. Specifically, we conducted five separate activities aiming to gather primary and secondary evidence of technological and pedagogical interventions that have a potential to improve learning outcomes by effectively supporting students and teaching staff in their learning and teaching journeys. A separate report has been produced detailing the rationale, methodological design, findings, and recommendations associated to each activity. PVC R&I Challenge 1: How can Generative AI enhance processes of course production and delivery across the University, and provide personalised support to OU students? PVC-S Challenge 2: How should the university provide personalised support to new students, to enhance their student experience including experience of assessment and feedback to achieve positive student outcomes (submission, performance, retention)? |
