My research interests include mechanisms of fatigue, measuring fatigue (central and peripheral) during brief maximal exercise and high-intensity intermittent exercise. Currently, I am involved in research investigating nutrition and exercise interventions in obesity; health issues in the South Asian population (in particular diabetes) and novel ways of regulating blood glucose/blood pressure.
