Rebecca's PhD research explores the impact of cultural exposure on young Chinese students' (born post 1985) teamwork experiences in a UK business school. The research extends the knowledge on cross-cultural studies and offers insights for international educators. She was awarded a Quintin Hogg PhD Scholarship in 2007.
