Dr Hannah Rumball

She is on the committee for Nineteenth Century Dress and Textiles Reframed, which seeks to embrace the voices and experiences of scholars and makers from across genders, nationalities, and disciplines. We seek to stimulate dialogue and collaboration to bridge gaps between dress and textiles, by confronting and challenging myths and assumptions by producing and disseminating new research on complex histories in the field to a broader audience. Our monthly, free, online "At Home" symposiums, which occur the last Sunday of every month, are open to all - academics, scholars, makers, hobbyists, curators, archivist and just the purely intrigued - as a space to engage with new research in the field. These events can be caught up with, on our you tube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@19thcenturydressandtextile70/videos
