Description

This is a podcast interview about the Corona Haikus transmedia Project.

The publisher is Kammerflimmern & Mediales Rauschen - Das Dokumentar im Digitalen - a special series from our podcast that deals with non-fictional narration in and with digital media, with interactivity, co-creation, participation and immersion, with emerging practices in the border area between documentary, art, science and other border areas.

In this episode, Anna Wiehl talks to media scholar Sandra Gaudenzi and documentary filmmaker and producer of immersive non-fiction Sandra Tabares Duque about the participatory-documentary-artistic project Corona Haikus they initiated.

A year ago, with the beginning of the first lockdown, the two started the Corona Haikus as a facebook documentary - with the impetus to use the social web as a place of reflection and connection, for a creative handling of the situation, as a space for dialogicity in Dealing with uncertainty and observing and (co-) creative processing of the pandemic situation. In the conversation, the two give insights into the genesis of the project, we deal with ethical issues of documentary community building, we look at the experimental forms of documentary visual poetry and we dare to ask whether the documentary after COVID-19 Pandemic will still be the same as before.
