Abstract

This study starts from a structural perspective on the economic and social systems that underlie the national wicked problems. It aims to draw out policy drivers and technological innovations to solve the challenges, and to present a strategic roadmap that will allow these changes to be embraced and spread in economic and social systems. In addition, by establishing and operating a community of policy knowledge necessary to solve the national challenges, we will carry out activities to produce and disseminate new problem-solving methods, means and pilot cases at the national level. The project, which will be carried out for the fifth year, is based on the establishment of the concept of national challenges, the issue scanning, the foundation of research on national challenges, and the establishment of knowledge networks for them with a promotive activity.
