| Abstract | This report recognises that healthy homes is a vast and multi-faceted topic. In order to produce findings that are rigorous, actionable, and grounded in measurable evidence, the scope of this research is deliberately focused on the physical health dimension of housing quality. Within this defined scope, the report examines what physical conditions make a home healthy, how those conditions are currently measured and regulated, and what the evidence from real-world interventions tells us about how housing-related physical health risks can be most effectively identified, prevented, and addressed. |
