Abstract

This white paper brings together research insights from the Amplifying Diversity and Black Safe projects at Westminster Business School, exploring the experiences of Black and racially minoritised staff and students and identifying opportunities to strengthen inclusion, belonging and equitable learning experiences. It presents key findings and practical recommendations to inform the School’s ongoing work on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Access and Participation, and Learning and Teaching. The whitepaper aims to support evidence-informed approaches to addressing inequalities, including the awarding gap, and to inform the development of more inclusive practices that enhance the experiences and outcomes of both students and staff.
