Amplifying Diversity is a short film exploring the experiences and perspectives of Black, Asian and racially minoritised students and staff at Westminster Business School. Through personal reflections and lived experiences, the film highlights themes of inclusion, belonging, representation and the challenges experienced within higher education. It forms part of the wider Amplifying Diversity project and aims to encourage dialogue, reflection and action towards creating a more inclusive and equitable learning and working environment.
