Abstract | In this study we have analysed some of the factors that compose the Internal Marketing orientation (IMO) in family businesses in Andalusia (Spain): Management Concern (MC), Training and Work-Family-Balance. Corporate Volunteering (VC) has been incorporated for the first time in the IMO. The statistical analysis shows that CV can be inserted within the dimension of Response to the Intelligence of the internal market and its incorporation proposed for future IMO models as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). We have also studied the impact of some factors on job satisfaction. The two most influential factors on job satisfaction are the presence of CV and Work-Family-Balance. |
