This research examines corporate volunteering from the perspective of the social dimension of Corporate Social Responsability. We analyze how current initiatives and possible future initiatives of the company on corporate volunteering affect two key attitudes: satisfaction and commitment. Furthermore, in order to compare the degree of the impact of that policy of corporate volunteering other variables related to the social dimension of CSR and to internal marketing orientation are analysed as Management Concern and work family balance. The theorical and manegerial implications of these results are discussed.
