| Abstract | Immersive Learning Media (ILM), including VR/AR/MR and AI-enabled immersive experiences, is increasingly used in higher education, yet implementation remains uneven and difficult to scale responsibly. This chapter reports a Three-Phase Delphi–Fuzzy Delphi Consensus study (2024–2025) designed to produce actionable guidance under uncertainty. Phase 1 (expert panel) established thematic domains; Phase 2 (Fuzzy Delphi survey) quantified consensus while preserving judgement ambiguity; Phase 3 (validation panel) contextualised unresolved items. Results consolidate into an ILM Integration Framework across eight domains (pedagogy, faculty readiness, infrastructure/access, engagement/outcomes, collaboration, ethics/sustainability, assessment, and emerging AI/XR trends) and a 5P alignment model—Pedagogy, People, Processes, Platforms, Participation—highlighting areas of agreement and persistent divergence. |
